REED HR are working with our client based within the Woking area in recruiting an Equity Diversity and Inclusion Lead.

Working within the People Team you will design, implement and coordinate EDI initiatives for offices, regionally and across the global functions with an additional expectation to support EDI and ER projects as required.


  • Implementing EDI/AR Roadmaps and supporting the organisation's ambition of becoming an Anti-Racist organisation.
  • Integrating EDI into end to end processes including total reward, recruitment etc and across a range of projects
  • Support ER case management work as and when required
  • Coordinate implanting and embedding EDI and Anti-Racism Roadmap ensuring it's success from and HR perspective
  • Coordinate and contribute the implementation plans by gathering information from stakeholders and researching approaches and evidence to support the creation of a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive
  • Support and facilitate EDI/AR training and workshops.
  • Lead the development of EDI/AR Audit annual plans in consultation with the Head of Department
  • Lead the promotion of diversity by organising events and awareness sessions
  • Ensure topic related global policies are fully embedded
