Mechanical Assembler/Technician * £ £14.80 per hour * Monday to Friday 40-hour weeks * Established manufacturer.

* Respected partner to the Aviation industry * Great company cultureWe are working with a long-standing client of ours based in Sharston who are experts in the aviation industry are are and are looking for Mechanical Assembler.

The Role * To assist, learn and assemble our technical products to the highest standard. * Working from engineering drawings and work instructions, ensuring a high caliber of quality is followed at all times. * To manufacture and develop trim jigs for the 5 Axis machines. * To dress and mount vac form tooling as required. * To hand trim components for FAS and 5 Axis teaching aid.

* To produce all seat plastics components to the highest quality standard, including but not restricted to the following processes (scraping, tool making, Vacuum forming, Trimming, Gluing) * To ensure the workshop is maintained to a safe standard in accordance with company EH&S policies/procedures.

About you * Previous experience within Assembly or Fitting * Manual Dexterity * High attention to detail. * To be competent and proficient in the use of all workshop machinery through the company training program. * Previous experience within production environment with regular hand tools.
