This IT AV Specialist role is exciting and critical role for a growing academic institution.

Based a short walk from Tower of London the successful IT AV Specialise will work as part of a wider team supporting both students and faculty member.

Training faculty and other staff members on use of the AV equipment including PC's, laptop, microphone, camera's and video conferencing is a key part of this role, and the IT AV specialist will be first point of contact for all classroom AV equipment issueson the local campus.

Outside resources and support can be available and it is for the IT AV specialist to recognise when additional resources need to be added to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.

This is an ideal role for anyone with AV equipment trouble shooting experience and 1st line support experience is ideal but not essential.
