Description

The SharePoint platforms play a crucial role in the client relationship, offering real-time building and connection information, EMC services, and issue tracking across their estate.

Similarly, the Optimum software platforms are vital components of the Client Controls Solutions business, the Energy Management Centre, and digital services, managing live business customer site data to provide valuable insights into building operations, energy efficiency, and autonomous asset steering based on various conditions and scenarios.


The primary responsibility of the role involves general administration and support for the platforms, customer sites, and associated data points.

This includes ensuring proper configuration, documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day maintenance of each site.


Key Responsibilities:
General administration of SharePoint Customer Portals
User Management of Customer Portals, providing day-to-day support for customer queries
User Management of Optimum Platforms, offering day-to-day support for customer queries
Assistance with internal and external queries related to Optimum platform topics and issues
Conducting data quality checks on both Optimum Platforms
Collaboration with clients and energy providers to address data issues
Compilation of the data pipeline for both Optimum Platforms
Management and maintenance of all data model libraries for continuity
Ensuring proper management and maintenance of all sites and data points
Maintaining customer and site records, updating various systems outside the Optimum software platform
Creation, production, and delivery of necessary regular and ad-hoc reporting


Key Skills and Aptitudes (required):
Strong PC skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Eager to learn, dynamic, motivated, flexible, and service-minded a team player capable of working independently or as part of a team
Self-motivated and self-disciplined
Excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to cooperate, work effectively as a team member, and interact with other departments
Willingness to be flexible and contribute in various areas

Key Skills, Aptitudes, Experience, and Knowledge (Desirable):
Previous experience in software platform/data administration/data entry

Awareness/knowledge of Building Management Systems:
Siemens, Trend, Tridium
Understanding and working knowledge of BMS control systems
Understanding and working knowledge of HVAC & Lighting systems
IT Networking experience
SharePoint awareness

While the above skills, aptitudes, experience, and knowledge are desirable, they are not essential, as full training will be provided.
