Maintenance Co-ordinator

Uxbridge, Middlesex

£35,000 + Pension + Parking

If you are a dedicated customer service professional this Maintenance Co-ordinator could be perfect for you, excellent prospects are available to the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

Assisting the Manager with the day to day management of the Service Department
Managing client maintenance requirements and preparing job sheets on the computer system
Calculating cost of work to be completed and producing quotations for extra work that is needed
Allocating jobs to be completed to team of Engineers of nominated Contractors and tracking progress
Placing orders with suppliers for spare parts, checking and processing invoices for payment
Tracking jobs being completed from instigation point through to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
