    Description

    Kingdom Services Group have a great opportunity for a Full Time Roaming Concierge Security Officer to join the team.

    Where : Working at a supported housing site for vulnerable adults in Medway ME1 area.

    When: We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

    Salary: £11.95 per hour.

    Hours: On average 32 hours per week, Shifts as per site rota, 4 on 4 off. Monday to Sunday 20:00pm - 04:00am.

    About the role:

    • To act as first point of contact for residents and visitors.
    • Signing visitors in/out of building.
    • Ensuring the security of residents and the site is maintained by completing patrols, monitoring CCTV and completing notes as required.
    • Completing visual inspections of the property and ensure health and safety requirements and fire procedures are maintained and followed.
    • To report any out of hours emergency repairs.
    • Assist with access and monitoring of contractors.
    • To complete concierge check lists and feedback and record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff.
    • Complete incident reports if required.
    • Report any significant client issues to on call staff/supervisor.

    About you:

    • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
    • Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
    • A valid SIA licence / Full Manual UK Driving Licence.
    • A full five-year checkable employment history.
    • An enhanced DBS check will be required to be undertaken for this role.
    • Own transport preferred.
