    Description
    MK is working on a new role for a Finance Administrator to join our clients busy Administration department.
    We are looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in the below duties. Ideally from a Finance Admin or general Admin background.

    Based on site, in Paisley you will be responsible for the following:
    • Utilising MS Teams to it's wider abilities
    • Processing invoices (including creation, amending discrepancies, approving and updating inhouse databases)
    • Credit control (including monitoring overdue balances, relationship building and resolving any queries)
    • Reporting (monthly and weekly)
    • Stock (tracking movement of stock, forecasting future stock, recording losses and/or gains etc)
