Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands on Business Development individual to help us identify and understand opportunities in the market to support our market share strategy in our core strategic sectors and drive the growth across the Thames Valleyand Wales regions (M4 Corridor).

hands-on way, support partners in managing allocated sectors growth targets and regular reporting on progress and achievements.

You will be part of the marketing team, drawing on all the firms resources and work closely with our

other Business Development specialists to achieve targets. You will be able to draw on our partners

specialist knowledge of our core sectors to develop your knowledge and understanding.

You will also be expected to be a proactive member of the central marketing team, bringing ideas,


support and leadership to the table when necessary and ensuring BD is a solid and deliverable part of the firms marketing plans.

Qualities and skills:


  • Considerable experience in a Marketing or Business Development role
  • Desirable to have experience of professional services industry
  • Desirable to have experience of working in a large professional services firm
  • Desirable to have hands on knowledge and experience of the power of social media and digital
  • Able to build strong relationships at Partner level and provide valuable input into marketing
- strategy

  • Must have a 'hands on' approach
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities and consistently deliver high quality work to deadlines
  • Experience in assisting the development, delivery and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Is a good communicator, has excellent presentation skills, takes the initiative and is hard
- working with a positive attitude.

  • Has the ability to prioritise effectively and works accurately and well under pressure and to tight
- deadlines

  • Competent user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Creativity the ability to come up with interesting ideas that adhere to MHA brand values.
  • Tender Writing desirable, not essential
