The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Depositary Administrator to join our client's growing team. As a Depositary Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safekeeping and compliance of investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safekeeping of Assets: Oversee the safekeeping and custody of fund assets, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor and verify cash flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Ownership Verification: Conduct regular checks to verify the ownership of fund assets, ensuring proper registration in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Operational Oversight: Provide diligent oversight of fund operations, including NAV calculations, subscription and redemption processes, and adherence to investment restrictions.
- Risk Management: Monitor and report on various risks associated with fund operations, contributing to effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the fund operates within regulatory frameworks, overseeing compliance with laws, regulations, and disclosure requirements.
- Valuation Support: Assist in the valuation of fund assets, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure fair and accurate valuation processes.
The Person:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a depositary role within the financial services industry.
- Strong background in finance or accounting, with a deep understanding of financial instruments and fund operations.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, particularly in the context of alternative investment funds (AIFMD) and UCITS.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex financial concepts

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
