Are you a CRM Assistant or Executive who would like to work for one of the worlds leading and most recognised luxury skincare and beauty brands?
LHH are partnering with a trusted family-owned beauty brand, who have a strong reputation in the market for their high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities of the CRM Executive:
- Collaborate with CRM, Digital, E-CRM and marketing colleagues to drive engaging and effective customer campaigns that are aligned to the marketing and content calendar.
- Maintain key attention to detail and deadlines are observed, upholding high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain, manage and segment and cleanse CRM and E-CRM databases.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition Manager to ensure customer leads are tracked to the CRM from the website, campaigns and third party partners.
- Assist the senior CRM, E-Commerce and Digital Project Management teams with all CRM and E-CRM analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of CRM and E-CRM marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet fixed deadlines.
- Effective analytical skills and confident with use of data
- Have a genuine interest in beauty, skincare and fragrance
