    About the role:

    Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team here at Bella di Notte Ltd. Based in the beautiful town of Malton, North Yorkshire, you will work as part of our marketing team ensuring we exceed the needs and expectations of our loyal customers. This is a diverse role, covering all aspects of digital marketing including email marketing, web and blog content creation, digital advertising, natural optimisation and analytics.

    The role is full time, 40 hours per week between 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday

    About you:

    • Previous experience in a similar role advantageous
    • You will have an eye for detail and an interest in the merchandising of Ladies fashion for maximum appeal
    • You will be analytical and have the ability to translate data insights into marketing actions
    • You will have experience of using email marketing platforms and image manipulation software
    • You will have experience of writing digital marketing plans that support the aims of the business
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills
    • You will have experience of producing digital content that showcases for retail
    • Able to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines, demonstrating a "can do" attitude
    • Able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
    • A team player, working alongside others with integrity, positivity and respect
    • Ability to adapt to busy and varied workload, working with energy and pace to get the job done.
