Eames are currently working in partnership with a Tech Insurer, they are looking for a Senior Motor Claims handler to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer queries enabling the best outcome for the customer and Marshmallow.
Promoting the importance of delivering high quality fair and compliant service to customers.
Ensuring the team follows vulnerable customer data protection standards
Proactively identify challenges and work with team leaders to recognise pain points and resolve them.
Complete regular Audits across the team.
