ROLE OVERVIEW

Processing invoices on Xero. Ensuring accurate coding and details, all in a timely manner.
Review workflow and aged payables.
Ensure the weekly payment run is prepared, reviewed, and paid on time each week.
Ensure any other payments are paid on time and inline with policy.
Ensure all processes are documented and available to other members of the team to ensure business continuity.
Liaising with suppliers and associates and responding to queries promptly.
Recording of payments made on accounting system.
Supporting the Corporate finance team and the wider business.

YOUR BUILDING BLOCKS OF SUCCESS

Previous Accounts payables experience is essential.
Xero experience is desirable but not essential.
IT literate (specifically Excel, Outlook & Microsoft packages).
GCSE Maths and English Qualification as a minimum.
Organised and enthusiastic person with great communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and work to strict deadlines.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Have a proactive way of working with a cando attitude.
Resilient and flexible able to deal with contentious issues and ever changing/competing priorities.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
