The role:
Product Support Executive**We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team based in London as a Product Support Executive within our Portfolio Solutions division.
The role would ideally suit someone looking to start their career, looking for a career change or someone who might be returning to the workforce.

- You will work within Marsh Portfolio Solutions, a specialist division within Marsh, supporting the team to deliver services to our insurer partners.
- You will liaise with our broking colleagues, and data teams to ensure the provision of timely data and reporting.
- You will interact with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- You will be supported in your pursuit of professional qualifications and also have an opportunity to network with a diverse group of colleagues.

We will rely on you to:
- Support client relationships as well as maintaining excellent service level reporting
- Provide daytoday operational support to the team to include the input and collation of data to produce adhoc reports and ensure the delivery of services to insurer clients.
- Assist in delivering contracted services (monthly, quarterly and annual reports) in a timely and accurate manner on a consistent basis by managing the data collation process from internal stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring all products are compliant with internal governance standards and the external regulation and principles of the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority)
