    Territory Account Manager

    Covering - Warrington, Liverpool, Preston, Southport

    The Role: This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious, driven, growth minded Territory Account Manager to join a well-established, highly successful foodservice business to make a real impact within their sales team. Targeting a range of customers predominantly within the HORECA & On-Trade sector, but with some customers from the leisure sector, you will be tasked with not only seeking out key decision makers within a prospective customer base, from Executive Chefs to Owners and Managers to establish their needs, but also working closely with a range of existing customers to drive profitability and spend, to ensure the territory is performing to its full potential. This role will require a consultative, solution-based sell, developing true partnerships with your account base, establishing all key contacts throughout the portfolio and working closely with them to identify all areas of opportunity to support them. You will retain any new accounts brought on, so you will need to be able to manage your time effectively between seeking out and approaching new accounts, while still being mindful of developing the existing, spending accounts. Based from home, you will have autonomy and freedom to develop a strategic plan to hit your targets, bringing a level of creativity, drive, and an entrepreneurial flair to the role, to ensure that ambitious growth goals are achieved.

    Requirements:

    • Either have worked within the Foodservice sector in the last 3-5 years or have prior experience selling into the hospitality sector.
    • Be able to demonstrate prior success in developing relationships with new accounts and closing deals.
    • Proven track record in managing and growing an existing account base.
    • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
    • Be highly target driven, motivated, commercially astute, competitive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
