OVERVIEW
An international law firm is looking to add a Cayman Islands based Funds Associate to their renowned practice. This firm is a standard bearer in financial and legal services, trusted by many of the world's largest hedge fund managers, private equity firms and international corporations.
Their Funds & Investment Management team is recognised as a market leader in providing legal services to investment funds, investment managers, investors and /or providers of fund financing. Their qualified Funds Lawyers advise in the legal aspects of setting up, managing and investing across a broad range of fund structures and management entities.
EXPERIENCE
Applicants should have highly relevant experience in general corporate matters and be looking for long-term career with the firm. Candidates will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 3 year's relevant post qualification experience and have completed a minimum of a 2-year training contract. Both experience and training should have been completed with a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
