    Elevation Recruitment Groups Engineering and Manufacturing division have a unique and exciting role with a leading manufacturer, to recruit a Quality Manager at their Chesterfield site.

    Reporting into the sites senior engineering team, the quality manager will have a large amount of autonomy to manage product quality as well as the Quality Management System.

    Duties and Responsibilities of the Quality Manager include:
    Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency
    Management of team of Quality Professionals
    Manage quality defects and liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve them

    The Quality Manager should possess:
    Ability to manage in fast paced manufacturing facility
