- Lead the implementation of the VVB Business A-Site Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with joint venture agreements
- Support functional teams with A-Site development across various modules such as Marketplace, Commercial, CDE, and more
- Develop business-wide digital processes within A-Site including forms, workflows, and project deliverables
- Create interactive A-Site training packages to ensure consistent and correct usage across the organisation
- Manage Asite user and permission settings, including regular reviews and updates
- Produce comprehensive Asite reporting, interfacing with Power BI for actionable insights
- Drive the implementation of Asite Contract Management Module in collaboration with the commercial team
- Ensure ongoing development and review of company Document Management systems to meet business and project requirements
- Act as administrator for Business systems including Notify and Timesheet Portal
- Establish new workspaces on Asite for projects, following VVB standard folder structure and attributes setting
- Manage Asite user permissions and conduct regular reviews
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Team to develop and build Site Forms on Asite
- Develop and maintain Asite Permits management system
- Oversee Asite Field App management, setup, and user training
- Monitor and ensure accountability for Document Management systems through routine audits and feedback sessions
- Review projects' Common Data Environment (CDE) and manage interface with Clients CDE
- Conduct regular meetings with Project and Sector Managers to ensure compliance with company and project systems requirements
- Technical experience and understanding of Asite is essential. You will be the Asite expert.
- Previous experience as a Business IT Systems specialist.
- Familiarity with industry-standard document systems and contract filing requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant Document Control best practices and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working on construction projects is desired.
- SQL knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of workflows, workflow testing, and reporting
- Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Qualification is essential.
- A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is desired.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Decisive and able to work well under pressure.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills at a technical level.
- Forward thinking and self-motivated attitude.
- Flexible approach to work locations to meet project demands.
