Global Director of Treasury - United Kingdom - XTransfer

Description

ResponsibilitiesAct as the Head of Treasury Management in developing, building, and maintaining a best-in-class treasury management framework.

Manage client asset distribution and strategy adjustments, establish a logical treasury routing and investment chain, develop fund solutions, optimize fund and asset structure, and formulate routing optimization plans to enhance asset acquisition efficiency.

Design and enhance standard operating procedures for client treasury management, and conduct regular team training.
Develop internal control procedures for client treasury management to ensure its security.

Oversee client treasury positions to ensure the completion of company payments and foreign exchange transactions, and to maximize company revenue.

Coordinate with domestic and international bank client managers, and customer service colleagues to handle special operations for client treasury, including anomalies and errors in incoming and outgoing payments, and follow up on refund progress.

Collaborate with product managers to design the client treasury management information system and facilitate the launches.
Liaise with Customer Service, FI Business Development, and other departments to provide support.
Create a tight collaboration with the China-based HQ Treasury.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 8 years experience of treasury management and 3 years experience of managing treasury teams.
An ability to assess and interpret new/revised regulatory policy and communicate impacts to businesses, senior management, and committees.

Professional experience in a top-tier financial institution or FinTech firm (preferably within a Treasury, Finance, or Risk function).Using a structured approach and being highly organised to manage multiple projects.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn and good team spirit.
Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
