What will the Apprentice be doing?

What Training will the Apprentice get?

  • You will achieve your Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship.
  • There are workshops that you will need to attend.
  • You will have a Mentor for onetoone teaching and learning.
  • Inhouse training will be given to support specifics of the role.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • We aim to grow the business and promote from within after being a resourcer the next step would be to become a recruiter.

Skills and Personal Qualities

  • Good telephone manners
  • Polite
  • Helpful

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) essential

Salary:
£5.28-£10.52 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
