    JobSummary:

    This role primarily entails file reviewresponsibilities within the UK division of a rapidly expandinginternational wealth management company. As a member of a smallcompliance team youll focus on ensuring excellent client outcomesthrough meticulous accurate advice reviews. You will serve as acrucial partner to the company identifying and taking ownership ofindividual and systemic advice risks as they arise. The role offerssignificant potential for growth with opportunities to explorevarious compliance areas based on individual interests and businessrequirements.

    Responsibilities andDuties:

    Conduct comprehensive file reviews forretail investment and pension advice prioritizing Defined BenefitTransfer advice files.

    Provide clear consistentand constructive feedback toadvisers/paraplanners.

    Monitor rework and signoff on cases upon completion.

    Drive excellentclient outcomes through precise highquality advicereviews.

    Manage diary effectively and prioritizereviews particularly focusing on Presale cases.

    Identify common errors and participate in root causeanalysis.

    Contribute to the ongoing enhancementof the file review framework.

    Potential forinvolvement in Training & Competence (T&C) activitiesincluding coaching and assisting the UK Compliance Officer withannual competence assessments.

    Qualifications andSkills:

    Essential qualification: Level 4Diploma.

    Preferred: AF7 or equivalent pensiontransfer qualification. Candidates working towards thisqualification will also be considered.

    Background in IFA or network advantageous.

    Strong technical acumen and communicationskills.

    Essential experience in reviewingDefined Benefit Pension Transfer files.
