The Stamford Schools employ over 600 staff with a diverse range of roles and activity.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our small, professional HR team on a full time basis.

This is a new role managing and delivering the end to end recruitment processes, the role will proactively work to source talent in academic and operational posts, supporting the delivery of our people agenda across the Schools.

Applicants will have worked in a fast paced office environment, ideally as an inhouse recruiter or for an agency.

Knowledge and experience of managing a busy workload, advising people of best practice and excellent communication and organisation skills are key to the success of this role.

Experience of the use of social media and professional platforms as a resourcing tool would also be advantageous.


This is a professional role and an excellent development opportunity, working for a progressive local employer with excellent working conditions.

37.5 hours per week over 52 weeks. Some flexibility with start and finish times between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday - Friday.

Occasional homeworking may be allowed however the role is predominantly based within the Schools.
