We are looking for an experienced and engaging Technical Manager to join the team to deliver exceptional quality and food safety during a period of sustained growth.

Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the food safety and quality of our product range and ensure that it fulfils the requirements of our customer codes of practice.

Working within the site management team, you will work hand-in-hand with departmental managers to ensure company policies and procedures are executed flawlessly, addressing any areas of concern with practical and effective solutions.

You'll become the cornerstone of their technical efforts, working closely with the company's leadership and stakeholders to uphold and exceed quality standards.

Relevant qualifications in a scientific/technical discipline (degree or HND level).
Relevant food industry experience within technical management.

Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate the team and good time management and the ability to prioritise.

Flexible approach to work.
Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Email.
Internal auditor, HACCP & Food Safety qualifications.
