    TheRole

    An exciting role has becomeavailable for a Partnerships Operations associate to join ourPartnerships team to assist in the process of delivering ourgrowing partnerships business to our Club partnersglobally.

    Through our partnership profile andexciting growing mainline the demand for Castore is seeing uspartner with new sports teams and clubs each season globally . Asan Operations associate you will be working collaborativelyalongside the Senior Partnerships Operations Manager otherassociates and assistants to service and maintain relationships forCastores continued growing group of partnerships accounts. You willmanage and own the end to end process from the moment the salesorder is received until orders are delivered to customer drivingoperational excellence and ensuring orders are delivered OTIF. Asan associate level you will be managing our top tier accounts (Tier1).

    Responsibilities

    Fullend to end operational management for our growing number ofaccounts details of which would be shared in your first month inthe role. Driving operational excellence and providing the highestlevel of service and orderbook management for thoseteams.

    Following the partnership departmentscritical path and seasonal order deadlines and workingcollaboratively with the Sports Marketing department Motorsportsfinance and partnerships Ops coworkers to ensure custom pricingtrade terms quantities requested drop dates customer PO numbers areall aligned with our Merchandising dept. VendorPOs

    Efficiently collating all sales order datainto a consistent report format and working alongside thePartnership Ops Manager to present data to internalteams.

    Working collaboratively with thePartnership Ops Manager Partnership Ops associates assistants andSports Marketing/Motorsport account managers to met deadlines hittargets and keep the Clubs happy

    Organising andtaking ownership of open orderbook reconciliation meetings with therelevant Operations team & DC Operations teams providingforecasts on a monthly & weekly basis that encapsulate therequirements based on customers required drop dates vs inboundmovement allowing our DCs to maximise their resource and capacitydepending on volume driven.

    Regularlycollaborate with Partnership Operations Manager and wider financeteams to ensure SOs that have been shipped and invoiced arefulfilled accurately within our system and assist in anydiscrepancies/queries ifrequired.

    Skills &Qualities

    EssentialKnowledge and Experience:

    Experienceof working in a similar role where the delivery of goods has beencentral to your responsibilities and experience working with with3rd party handlers

    Experience working with excelto a intermediate to high level.

    Ability to workcrossfunctionally liaising with peer groups across the business andadapting to evolution and change ofprocess.

    Comfortable in a fastpaced andeverchanging business environment.

    Excellentplanning and organisation skills.

    Flexibleapproach and willingness to further learn & adapt in a fastpace growing business.

    Experience working withinternal business managementsoftware

    PersonalQualities:

    Ambitious and passionatetowards a role that has scope for expansion &development.

    Excellent attention to detail& a natural problem solver. Ability to take initiative andcan be trusted to take matters into their ownhands.

    Excellent computer literacy (Microsoftsuite) Excel Word Outlook.
