An award-wining key client in the Midlands is recruiting into its Family department. The full service commercial law firm has a fantastic reputation regionally and beyond.

Offering a hugely supportive and collaborative team firm-wide - they currently seek an experienced family associate solicitor, ideally 4-8 PQE to join their highly regarded team.

The candidate:

UK qualified solicitor that has trained and gained experience within a specialist family department or firm that's respected in the Midlands area.

Family experience in private law, focusing on divorce & finances, separation; children and arrangements; pre and post-nuptials; domestic violence and protective injunctions etcLinks or connections to West Midlands would be desirable but not essential.

Confident, knowledgeable and experienced enough to be able to run matters with minimal supervision.
There will also be opportunities to co-work on bigger value or more complex files with Partner. Opportunity to take on training responsibilities for more junior colleagues as team grows. No following required.
Strong at business development and networking activity.
