About the Role:

We're seeking a committed individual who's looking to further their career

As a manager - Planning, you'll join our clients Group Business Planning team (based in either the Strand or Warwick, with hybrid flexibility).

You'll provide insightful reports to our Group Exec and Board and deliver high-quality Strategic Business Plansand Group Impacts of potential changes to the business (e.g., reflecting changes in regulation or changes in the Group's financing strategy).

A key focus will be on potential M&A and Business Development activity including modelling, presenting analysis, andcollaborating with the respective teams (both at a corporate level and BU level)

Key Accountability's:

Own the Group Impacts analysis (compared to our most recent Strategic Business Plan) of potential Business Development/M&A activity. To include
Modelling impact of activity on group metrics (particularly compared to the most recent Strategic Business Plan)
Owning the presentation of impact analysis in simple documents
Responsible for discussing outputs with Senior Executives across the Group
Requirement to work closely with relevant stakeholders (in the Corporate Centre and at a Business Unit level)
Interpret and analyse business unit planning team submissions and considering impact on overall group metrics
Production of MI to Finance leadership (incl. Board and Exec) as part of teamproduced Briefing packs
Respond to adhoc queries from senior management (including Board and Exec) regarding financial performance and longterm outlook across the Group
Liaise with other corporate teams in the Strand
Connect with regional FP&A teams
