    Description
    A Global Insurer are now recruiting for a 'Head of Digital Pricing (Commercial Lines)' for their Surrey site location.

    The role will have responsibility for both Technical and Street Pricing disciplines across the Digital product suite and will be responsible for working in partnership with the Product team to deliver our financial plan as well as setting strategy to evolve their capabilities.

    They have a lot of activity underway with a Global Transformation programme developing new platforms and a roadmap of new products coming onboard.

    The opportunity is offering a salary between £110 - £140K base salary + Bonus + excellent package.

    Hybrid working - 1 or 2 days on site per week.

    Provide leadership and set strategic direction across the all the components of Digital Pricing. (data development, technical pricing models, market price performance etc)
    Oversee the implementation of Pricing best practice into the Digital UK business.
    Work with the Product team to set pricing strategy and deliver the financial plan.
    Engage with and influence Senior Stakeholders across UK business and the Group as Pricing Lead for this portfolio.

    Contribute to the development of and uphold a robust governance framework ensuring alignment to developments in the regulatory environment.

    An experienced Senior Technical Pricing Manager with 10+ years' experience leading teams and high-profile pricing deliveries.
    Understanding of and experience working within a Commercial Insurance environment.

    (Although happy to consider a candidate with predominantly Personal Lines experience if they can demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of the Commercial Lines space).

    Experience using tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Excel, VBA.
    Confident in use of Pricing & Actuarial software such as Emblem and Radar
    com for an initial chat.
