Description
The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and information services within the Prison Healthcare Department of the Health.

They will work as part of the administration team to provide high quality clerical, administrative and reception duties for both physical and mental health services.

The post holder will provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs.

They will provide day to day support to the physical and mental health clinical teams, supporting them in the delivery of a Gold Standard level of patient care.

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of administrative support, including co
- ordinating healthcare appointments for patients internally and externally, liaising on a daily basis with external providers, and also collating statistical information as directed by the Business Support Manager for the Performance Management Team. The post holder will be line managed and supported on a day-to-day basis by the Administration Team Leader.
