Our current offer involves supporting those in Education, Criminal justice, Family and Community and Safeguarding settings. We are at an exciting point in our development with a focus on growing our impact while reaching excellence in in all our work. We are looking to recruit an experienced, inspirational and highly motivated Director of Family, Community and Justice Services. Part of the Strategic Team, this person will be an active contributor to the overall leadership of Positive Steps, as well as taking on direct oversight of a diverse and dynamic range of service areas. This is a critical role focused on delivering outcomes for our communities, growing our organisational impact and working actively to develop and maintain strong partnerships and networks at local, regional and national levels. You'll be an authentic, values-based leader with the confidence and experience to influence at a strategic level. In return we offer an excellent rewards package, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to work for a highly regarded organisation with the potential to make a real difference in communities. We take development seriously and you'll have access to a range of training and support to enable you to succeed.
