    Positive Steps is a unique organisation and have been changing the lives of people in Greater Manchester for since 1977. Our current offer involves supporting those in Education, Criminal justice, Family and Community and Safeguarding settings. We are at an exciting point in our development with a focus on growing our impact while reaching excellence in in all our work.

    We are looking to recruit an experienced, inspirational and highly motivated Director of Family, Community and Justice Services. Part of the Strategic Team, this person will be an active contributor to the overall leadership of Positive Steps, as well as taking on direct oversight of a diverse and dynamic range of service areas.

    This is a critical role focused on delivering outcomes for our communities, growing our organisational impact and working actively to develop and maintain strong partnerships and networks at local, regional and national levels. You'll be an authentic, values-based leader with the confidence and experience to influence at a strategic level.

    This role is a hybrid position- there is an expectation that leaders are present in our head office for a minimum of three working days per week.
