Are you looking to start a career in administration? We have a fantastic opportunity working at as a business administration apprentice at our client's office in East London.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in administration.

This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled administrator whilst gaining valuable experience.


Apprenticeship:
Business Administrator Level 3


Working hours:9am-5pm Monday to Friday


Start date:

ASAP

Pay:
£14,000 per annum

Responsibilities:


  • To maintain administrative and financial skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from timetotime be required to maintain that currency of practice
  • To provide administrative and financial services for the company in accordance with current best practice
  • To supervise the administrative and financial services within the company in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from timetotime
  • Carry out compliance checks on all staff new and current. This will be in the form of but not limited to DBS checks, Training checks, right to work checks.
  • Managing database
  • Ensuring 100% compliance of all working staff
  • Printing paperwork
  • Assisting with interviews and inductions
  • Scanning and archiving paperwork
  • Preparing consumables for clients

Requirements:


  • Strong interest in a career in administration
  • Effective and confident communicator
  • Highly motivated
  • Enthusiastic in nature
  • Organisational Skills
  • Knowledge in Microsoft
  • Ability to work in a team

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:


  • To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
