The postholder will ensure that medical rotas are properly staffed and that appropriate actions aretaken to scrutinise the integrity of rotas, planning for future gaps howsoever they arise.

Thepostholder will seek authority to cover all gaps in accordance with standing financial instructions andtake appropriate steps to fill gaps, escalating appropriately when a gap remains unfilled.

Thepostholder will act as an advisory for medical staffing terms and conditions.
