Key Account Manager
Working directly with the Sales Manager, as our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Sales Team on a day-to-day basis ensuring all Customer Accounts and Brand Management is running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and promote robust, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable and professional place to work at all times whilst strengthening client relationships.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and customer expectations.
- Manage, develop, coach and motivate the salesteam to develop theirskillsto ensure that a professional standard is achieved.
- Present sales, revenueand expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team when required.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands customer base.
- Develop the long-term vision and strategy with the senior management team.
- Develop short-term salesplans to execute against strategy.
- Build processes to accurately manage the master price file, price adjustments, promotions and rebates to ensure profitability of lines.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Meet with customersto discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationship with them.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of newproducts and competition status.
Key Account Manager
Person Specification:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales
- Conscious of new trends and new brands we could work with
- Previous experience from a consumer environment (ideally FMCG)
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly organised with a strongwork ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Previous management experience preferred
