Description

We are looking to recruit a number of MHPs to work across our Primary care network (PCN) and have vacancies both in the county and city PCNs.

you will be assigned to a PCN where you will work across the GP practices within that network.

We are committed to support our practitioners with learning development and career progression.

There are a number of training opportunities that we can offer including non-medical prescribing and Decider skills.

We provide time weekly for psychologically informed and profession specific supervision as well as a Trust-wide health and well-being offer.
