    Service/Office Administrator

    Location: Carryduff, Belfast BT8 8AN

    Salary Range: £21,514 - £23,500 per year + Benefits - Opportunities for additional income through overtime

    Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (8-hour shift, Monday to Friday)

    Our client has been serving the Northern Ireland Hospitality and Catering Sector with Cooking, Refrigeration, and Coffee Equipment since 2015.

    They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service/Office Administrator to join their team in Ireland.

    As a valued member of the team, you will have a significant impact on office operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and contributing to the continued success of the business. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assist with service reports to uphold our quality standards.
    • Handle goods inward and advice notes efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Support new sales and purchase order processes for seamless transactions.
    • Efficiently manage service calls to promptly address customer needs.
    • Take responsibility for fleet management to enhance logistics operations.
    • Engage in general office administration to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Generate and handle general reports, serving as a link between service and accounts.
    • Deal with technical administration tasks, including ordering spare parts.

    Essential Requirements / Skills:

    • Proficient in using computer/tablet devices to navigate systems.
    • Self-motivated with a strong team collaboration ability.
    • Hold a clean, valid UK driving license to facilitate various tasks.

    Desirable Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with tools like MailChimp and Microsoft 365 for increased productivity.
    • Prior experience in office administration to better understand workflows.
    • Educational background with 5+ GCSE Grade C or higher, showing a dedication to excellence.
