As a product-led organisation, Product at Ebury drives strategy for the business, and as Product Owner - FX you will be responsible for the performance of FX product within the business, for both new and existing product.


Responsibilities:


You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating on product strategy for FX solutions, including hedging and spot offerings
  • Managing end to end delivery of new initiatives within FX as well as identifying and executing against improvements to current features and processes
  • Keeping uptodate with market, industry and regulatory trends in FX, which will drive your product decisions
  • Supporting in product commercialisation, including proposition development, business case development, stakeholder training and creation of content (marketing collateral)
  • Defining, tracking and monitoring KPIs for product initiatives, and taking decisions and actions based on results
  • Communicating product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the business
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours, to enable you to design and deliver successful product outcomes
  • Working collaboratively with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics and stories
  • Maintaining an uptodate understanding of the market, industry and regulatory trends in FX, and taking decisions based on this knowledge

Expectations:


You will have:

  • A deep understanding of FX Products Spot, Swaps, Forwards, Vanilla Options and Structured Options
  • A strong focus on the client, and will base decisions on client feedback
  • Solid communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate product needs and requirements to leadership, business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A minimum of 2 years working in a product role in a highgrowth fintech or neobank, or a software/service company
  • A minimum of 2 years product management experience, in a Product Owner or Product Manager role
  • Successful delivery of product solutions in a fastpaced, agile organisation
  • Domain knowledge in FX, specifically hedging (forwards and options) and spot
  • A high level of organisational and project management skill
  • Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to distil a problem into its component parts
  • Experience using Jira

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in a highgrowth or scaleenvironment
  • Experience working with the credit underwriting or operation processes that support the FX product
