This role is for an experienced consultant within that team, with significant project management responsibilities. The role will suit a candidate who is passionate about analytics, focused on addressing business questions and wants to influence media and business decision making. The successful candidate would have experience leading on analytical projects that deliver clear, consultative insights in a way that influence client's marketing outputs. Consultants are the driving force of the team, distilling client questions into model form and using those to create implementational outputs that improve our client's business.

    CLIENTS & COMMERCIALS:

Solutions focussed, forward thinking and organised, you will have growing experience in managing client relationships. You will take responsibility for client engagement, ranging from project delivery to broader consultancy and working closely with more senior members of the team around solutions upsell. This will require developing strong relationships across agency contacts and clients, acting as an expert in your field. Your experience delivering a wide range of marketing analytics projects will mean you play a fundamental role in the seamless oversight and delivery of existing scopes of work as well as beginning to support on the identification of new commercial and client growth opportunities.

    TALENT & CULTURE:

We are looking for a capable manager who wants to contribute to the creation of cohesive, motivated and effective teams. As such, we expect a role model for the junior members of the team, setting clear direction and expectations to ensure smooth delivery and high standards. The role will suit a collaborative and confident team player with demonstrable experience contributing to driving marketing effectiveness. They must be willing to take a lead in the Advanced Analytics community, sharing and collaborating with other analysts. You will begin to take on day to day coaching and development of the team working alongside you on your projects, as well as the professional and technical development of more junior team members within the group.

    FUTURE GROWTH & PRODUCT:

We want someone enthusiastic about creating something new, who is excited to contribute to the development of new solutions and analytical approaches – working closely with our product and data science teams, other specialist services, agency teams, and the wider analytics teams.

    TECHNICAL CABABILITIES

A strong presenter with the ability to tell engaging and insightful stories with data. Ideally with strong experience in econometrics you can ensure all output is technically excellent and addresses client questions –including the ones they may not have articulated fully, and that all output is fit for purpose, consistent and accurate. We don't believe any one tool fits all but look for excellent use of a mix of R, SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint and other approaches.
