To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for an
Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to be based at the
Luton & Dunstable Hospital, Bedfordshire.

Your primary role will be to:

Ensure that KARL STORZ equipment is always available and fully functional, facilitate training to all levels of staff as required, implement quality improvements and assure the highest standards are maintained.
Perform inspections, maintenance and management of KARL STORZ video equipment, electromechanical devices, endoscopes and instrumentation
Optimise customer satisfaction, promote business growth and quality of service

Qualifications, skills and experience must include:

Healthcare or Technical qualification or experience desirable
Strong customer service skills
Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask

About You:

Experience of working in a hospital setting is not essential, but you should have demonstrated success in working in a collaborative, serviceoriented team environment.
As full training will be given, experience with endoscopic equipment is not necessary, but experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
