    Field Marketing Manager, Europe - Remote, UK

    Hotel: Corp Windsor, Windsor One, Arthur Road, IHG Hotels & Resorts, SL4 1RS

    The position can be based in a remote location in United Kingdom or you have the option to work hybrid from our Windsor, England office and you must be able to speak fluently in both English and German.

    As the Field Marketing Manager, you are a key team member for the IHG Europe Field Marketing Service as a strategic marketing partner for our franchised estate of hotels. The role focuses on activating the digital marketing assets IHG provides to all our hotels.

    A snapshot of what the role entails:

    • Act as primary liaison between Marketing Director/Managers and EMEAA Field Marketing Managers for global alignment.
    • Develop revenue-generating solutions in collaboration with hotel teams.
    • Analyse hotel performance data and conduct regular meetings with on-property marketing managers to communicate insights.
    • Coordinate strategic information exchange between hotels and internal teams, advocating for hotel business requirements enhancement.
    • Lead communication with hotels on marketing plans, digital tools, and campaign execution, focusing on driving revenue growth and brand loyalty.
    • Educate hotel teams on marketing and digital trends while advocating for their best interests to enhance FMS deliveries.
    • Manage digital capability development, and hotel marketing support to maximise hotel channel utilisation and performance.

    What we need from you

    The chosen candidate will possess the following:

    • Fluent German and English language skills
    • Hospitality or other consumer focused sector, preferably within a large multinational company.
    • Experience in engaging cross functional working approach with Focus on Project -management skills.
    • Experience in digital marketing and CRM on either client or agency side.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data to drive decision making.
    • Superior oral and writing communication and presentation skills, public speaking, and group decision facilitation. Ability to write effective marketing copy, proof-read and follow style guides.
    • Ability to influence internal customers (hotel teams) and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results.

    We would love it if you also had:

    • Additional language Skills an advantage (French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian)
    • Understanding of digital marketing in the hotel industry.
