Description
Accounts Assistant based near Kitts Green, Birmingham. This role is to start ASAP on a
temporary to permanent basis, offering
hybrid working.
_You must be immediately available or on short notice (one week) to be considered for this opportunity._
Key responsibilities:
- To maintain the cashbook for bank accounts
- To reconcile the bank account and cash book
- Accounts Payable end to end
- Bacs payments
- Accounts Receivable
- To maintain the weekly cash report
- Assist the team for month end closing process
- Ad hoc reports
Key requirements:
- Previous Accounts experience
- Good on logical thinking
- Hands on approach on the task
- Excellent knowledge in accounting and administration
- Excellent business acumen and strong numeric skill
- Good skills in communication and coordination, internally and externally
- Ability to work in cross functional and international teams as well as to convince and guide others
