- Manage the payroll team with the daily operations, payroll reviews, and approvals, providing training, and coaching to team members.
- Oversee the regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures.
- Identify areas of opportunity in current operations and incorporate process improvement.
- Work with payroll vendors clearing up tax notices and regulatory reporting requirements across our international jurisdictions.
- Stay updated with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across all international countries.
- Work with Finance, HRIT, HRBP's and other key functions.
- Knowledge of managing complex, global payrolls.
- Knowledge of international benefits and how they impact payroll.
- Knowledge of UK tax filings, pension schemes and equity tax reporting and processing.
- Experience with CloudPay and Workday is desirable.
- Be hands on, analytical, and self-driven.

Cedar is working with a market leading and global Fintech company who are looking for an International Payroll Manager to join their team. They will be responsible for payroll across EMEA and APAC regions.
