If you're a dedicated and driven professional with a keen eye for identifying top talent in the life sciences field, we want to hear from you

    As a Life Sciences Recruiter at Sthree, you'll play a crucial role in connecting exceptional professionals with organizations that are driving innovation in Medical Devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and FMCG Industry. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end-to-end. You'll source, screen and interview candidates, and onboard them for our clients.

    The ideal candidate will have:


    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the life sciences sector


    • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment process


    • Knowledge of the recruitment market in the life sciences sector


    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities:


    • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to build relationships and leverage future business opportunities


    • Developing and managing a network of experienced life science professionals


    • Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage with active and passive talent


    • Negotiating job offers and contracts


    • Leveraging market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities
