Description
Job Description We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic graduate to join our busy fulfilment department.The executive is responsible for the procedures and analysis required to run the order processing and production schedules for each of their designated clients.
Management of designated client accountsWork on ad hoc chargeable or support work and is responsible for ensuring that all such work is appropriately billed
Follow through on any client issues, ensuring all matters are resolved with the relevant personnel, on the database and with the client
Potential errors, database or delivery issues are to be reported to the relevant Abacus team immediately
Month end financial reports to be produced
You will be expected to be fully conversant with the latest offers for both print and digital products for your designated and key client accounts
Fulfilment and Payment processes on the ADvance database are understood and followed to the letter
Help with set-up/on-boarding for new clients
We require an individual with excellent communications skills, the ability to think quickly, prioritise workloads and provide pragmatic solutions to day-to-day order processing and data analysis issues.
Strong MS Office skills would be a definite advantage.Based in City of London office and wfh.
