As Marketing Manager youwill be responsible for building and executing the brand strategy fora leading brand within the portfolio.

The MarketingManager will lead the innovation pipeline and ensure the brand isachieving ambitious growth targets, shaping the vision for the brandand delivering impactful campaigns.

You'll have a huge amount of autonomy and freedom to makedecisions as Marketing Manager.
Experience wise, we'd expect over 7 yearsmarketing experience at a senior level within Food & Beverage orConsumer sectors.

This is a heavily commercial orientatedrole so we are looking for individuals with experience managing asignificant P&L, coupled with strong influencing skills and leadershipexperience.

Have trackrecord in delivering brand growth and managing a holistic brandexperience.
Able to navigate the matrix, work effectivelyacross boundaries, cultures and languages, and comfortable with remoteteams.
Excellent project management & attention to detail isimportant.
A progressive and flexible working culture;expectations of 2 days in South East office
Salary between£70-80k (DOE) and leading benefits package including car allowance,bonus, pension & family healthcare.
