We are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated Management Accountant to join our quickly growing team. The role will be based in our Prestwick facility.

Duties.

To Provide detailed, timely and accurate financial reports (Cashflow, Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance and other necessary ad-hoc financial reports)

Manage the accounting system to ensure consistency, accurate entry, and accurate reporting of all accounts.

Escalate finance and accounting issues to leadership team when necessary

Ensure consistency of existing accounting systems through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards and procedures Producing Monthly Analysis for presentation to Senior Leadership Team.

Requirements

Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, etc) or equivalent

Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role

Strong experience with accountancy software Sage Line 50

Knowledge of other common software applications (Microsoft Office and other computer software)

Strong knowledge of Excel – (Reporting will be mainly Excel based)

Sage Payroll experience

Experience of implementing systems and processes, specifically an online via work flow/job management/CRM.

Highly motivated to drive change and improve standards across the company
