Description

We are looking for a motivated and well organised Team Administrator to join our administration team in the Bolton Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service.

This is a busy and friendly service, based at Lever Chambers Centre for Health in Bolton town centre.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however working times may vary to meet the demands of the service, and some remote working may be required.


you will be providing comprehensive and confidential support to the service, with varied duties including inputting to the patient information system, speaking with service users, arranging appointments, liaising with and assisting clinical staff, managers, visitors and other professionals, along with general office duties.

You will be expected to produce work within tight schedules and to a consistently high standard.


You should be able to work on your own initiative, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to communicate at all levels both within the Trust and externally.


The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, IT competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a broad range of administrative experience.


If you have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, this will be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.


Provide an administrative/secretarial service to support the team members, ensuring that letters, appointments, and reports are accurately produced within agreed timescales, data is input to required standards, and an effective filing and retrieval system is maintained.


Effective liaison with staff, patients and outside agencies ensuring accurate information is communicated as and when required, including reception duties and dealing with enquiries from clients and the public.

Responsibility for the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, including prioritising, sorting and action as necessary

Responsibility for booking appointments and associated data entry and maintenance of patient records.

Arranging, when required, meetings and taking minutes, ensuring accurate transcription and distribution.
