- Provide technical help to all levels of user, including senior leadership, teaching and admin staff, plus pupils in some cases
- Escalate to 3rd line support and 3rd party service organisations as and when required
- As a field based role it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- You will be an approachable and supportive team player, providing technical guidance and help as required.
- You will need your own transport and a willingness to travel.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a field based client facing technical support role
- Microsoft Office applications
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Windows Server administration experience, including Active Directory
- Network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Checking and maintaining data and systems backups
