Commercial Advisor - London, United Kingdom - Pret A Manger
Description
To provide consistent, legally compliant and commercial HR advice to Pret's Retail Operators.Working with the People Coordinator to provide accurate, proactive and efficient HR administration service ensuring that all People data is accurate delivered on time and to department standards.
First line advice to shop teams, coaching GM's and Ops on conduct, performance, sickness and grievance.Pull the Visa Expiry report and contact employees to obtain right to work documents in timely manner. Update all new visa and passport information and upload documents onto the system.
Monitor Long Term Sickness and support with any long term sick cases where necessary including Occupational Health & attendance at Wellbeing meetings
Advise shops on all types of leave including sabbatical, adoption and parental, flexible working
Monitor & respond to tribunal cases liaising with legal advisors as necessary
SLA's – Maternity, long term sick, ER advice.
Assisting with succession planning and support with family tree requirements & reporting as necessary
Manage Projects on key areas of the annual plan and provide status updates as required.
To run in-house HR training when required for AM's and GM's.
To inform the PBP immediately if this is not the case.
Manage production of AM & GM Pay Review letters.
Update File maker with the family tree ideals as required
IT literate and experience of 'Workday' desirable.
