    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contracts Manager - Residential. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential projects in the London Area. Tasks include overseeing project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, conducting site visits and inspections, managing contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards, and coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. This role is based in the London Area with flexibility for remote work.

    • Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in project management software
    • Experience with contract administration
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
