The job itself

We seek a Duty Manager to join our team at ERL Haltemprice. The facility comprises of a 25m swimming pool, learner pool, Tone Zone fitness suite, exercise class studio, Cycle Studio, 2 large sports halls, Cafe and 2 outdoor 3G pitches.

We seek a highly motivated, honest, reliable, organised person who is committed to providing an excellent customer service and has a proven track record of working in the leisure industry.

The candidate will possess a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, hold a current Pool plant Operators and First Aid at Work Certificate or willing to gain the qualifications within 6 months of employment.

A certificate in Management Studies or equivalent would be advantageous.

The candidate will be expected to work on a three week shift rota which will include working weekends/evenings and Bank Holidays.
