I am representing a specialist design & build developer and contractor who is looking to hire a Working Foreman to help on their London-based schemes for a long-run of work in the city.

Working Foreman
Central London
Full Time Permanent - Overtime occasionally available on weekends, if desired.
EARLY JANUARY 2023 START
Working on the development of a hotel scheme as part of the aftercare team within the business.

Majority of duties & responsibilities are evolved around snagging, going through the defects liability lists, liaising with contractors, liaising with the in-houseaftercare team and occasionally getting on the tools to fix minor snagging issues or complete small jobs.

Trade background required - Joiners and Painters & Decorators preferred
IT literate and confident using Microsoft Excel.


Salary:
circa £35,000 - £40,000 plus package
